Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of focused attention usually associated with a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation.

Through this altered state of awareness you can change your behaviors and feelings, whilst remaining in total control as you create new and positive habits.

NLP

NLP helps you understand How you have chosen your beliefs and values and how your deletions, distortions and generalisations of your world and your senses have affected you and can be changed.

Brief Psychodynamic Therapy

Become aware of the factors that have moulded your identity, values and beliefs and consider the root cause of your unresourceful actions and behaviors. If NLP seeks How, then Brief Psychodynamic Therapy focuses on Why.

Solution Focused Therapy

This therapy is focued on your desired future outcomes with less emphasis on how or why you are as your are. With acceptance of your current state, you are free to maximise your strengths and creative problem solving skills with resources that may have been dormant for some time.

EMDR Plus

Combining EMDR and EFT with a relaxed hypnotic state enables various events, past traumas and limiting beliefs to be identified, gently shaken and reimagined in a positive, resourceful way.

Counselling

Where hypnotherapy is not appropriate then a variety of therapies can be used in an integrative approach using a variety of models. They could include Person-Centred, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other proven approaches.
